Description: Welcome to the workcamp in Bredsjö - the village in the Swedish countryside, close to forests and lakes where our organisation Bredsjö Kulturkoopeartiv is settled.Here you can experience Swedish nature and culture, theatre and storytelling, music and dance and much more.
Type of Work: - The renovation of the old mission house which is going to be theatrehall
Study Theme: We will offer theatre workshops focused on gender and equality. Different art forms will be used (for example dance, theatre, music, snow sculpture). We might present the results of the workshops in an International Café where we will invite villagers and local musicians.
Accommodation: Common accommodation on the floor. Mattress and pillows provided. Bring sleeping bags!
Notes: Not accessible for wheelchairs. Option for vegetarian food. No alcohol and other drugs. If the number of volunteers is lower than 6 the camp will take place anyway.
