- Officer - Email Management : 0-2 years experience in customer service/ telecalling. Exposure in handling cutomer queries through Email, preferably from a Banking domain. Age : Below 26 years, Excellent written amp; verbal communication skills. Felxibility to work in shifts.
- Assistant Manager - Email Management : 3-4 years experience in handling cutomer servie with a minimum of 2 years from a Banking domain. Team handling exposure is mandatory. Exposure in handling cutomer queries through email. Age : Below 30 years. Excellent written amp; verbal communication skills. Felxibility to work in shifts.
- Manager - Email Management : 5-6 years experience in handling customer service with a minimum of 4 years from a Banking domain. Ability to manage operational risks, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control. Exceptional analytical and Problem solving skills. Should have handled a large team (minimum if 50 members) , Age : Around 32 years. Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Manager - HR : 5-6 years experience as a HR generalist from a BPO/Banking/IT Industry. Should have exposure in the entire gamut of HR functions like Recruitment, Trianing amp; Development, Performacne Appraisal, Employee Relations, Statutory and Labour Regulations. Age: 32 years
