CREDIT OFFICER RCRUITMENT IN FEDERAL BANK

FEDERAL BANK invites application from candidates who satisfy the following eligibility criteria for the post of Credit Officers.

  • Academic Qualification : Graduation in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with CA/CFA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
  • Age : Maximum 35 years as on 31.08.2007.
  • Experience: Minimum three years experience in Credit Departments at Head Office/ Regional/ Zonal Offices/Large Branches of any Public Sector Bank/ Private Sector Bank. The experience shall be mainly in the areas of structuring of loan proposals, appraisal of credit proposals, credit marketing and other credit related areas.

Selection will be based on interview and objective type technical knowledge test. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons for the same. Candidates selected are liable to be placed in any place in India or abroad/ in Bank’s subsidiaries as per the administrative requirements and discretion of the Bank.

The candidates selected will be offered appointment in scales I or II of Officer cadre with or without additional increments based on their experience and profile. The minimum monthly salary at Kochi for an Officer in Scale I and II at present is around Rs. 13,500/-, and Rs. 18500/- respectively and the same will vary depending upon the place of posting. Other benefits include Leased accommodation, Medical Aid, LTC, terminal benefits as well as reimbursement of expenses incurred for entertainment, petrol, newspapers, etc. as per Bank’s rules. On a cost to company basis the current compensation package would work to Rs.32200/- monthly for scale I and Rs.53000/- monthly for scale II (approximately). This is subject to changes.
