Applications are invited from Indian citizens for temporary appointment on fixed pay basis under the project “Indo-European Union Science amp; Technology Programme” for the Research Grant “SWINGS”. Appointments shall be on yearly basis as per the pay norms of Department of Science amp; Technology (DST), GoI, New Delhi.

Title of Project: Safeguarding Water Resources through Green and Sustainable Technologies in India

Duration of the Project: Three Years

1.0 Senior Research Fellow (SRF) (No. of Post = 3)

Min Qualifications: Ist Class M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences/Chemistry/Botany/Bio-chemistry/Microbiology from recognized Univ having two years experience in wastewater analysis/wastewater treatment/plants biology or any relevant experience of Environmental sciences or Engg. Good working knowledge of computer and communication skills are desirable.

Pay Rs. 22000/- per month including HRA

2.0 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (No. of Post = 2)

Min Qualifications: Ist Class B.Tech or M.Sc. in Env Sciences/Chemistry/Botany/Bio-chemistry/Microbiology from recognized Univ preferably having one year experience in water/wastewater analysis/wastewater treatment/plants biology and good working knowledge of computer and data compilation using MS Excel etc.

Pay Rs. 18000/- per month including HRA

3.0 Project Officer (Technical and Administration) (One Post)

Ist Class in B.Sc / Diploma in any branch from recognized Univ having minimum 3 years experience in projects management / administrative assignments with excellent computer and communication skills. Candidates having higher degree after B.Sc/Dip. like MBA/MCA etc. from recognized Univ will be given preference

Pay ~ Rs. 22000/- per month including HRA
