Description
Co-organised by JEF Europe and JEF Spain, the international summerschool "Europe 2.0 - with whom?" will take place from the 1-5 July 2015 in Barcelona.
This international seminar focuses on the role of civil society in the democratic renewal of Europe and the idea that there is no modern democracy without the involvement of citizens. The main outcome will be a publication focusing on the means to foster participatory democracy in Europe, among young people in particular.

Eligibility
Young people aged 18-30 years who are citizens of one of the 47 member states of the Council of Europe. Applications from non-eligible persons will not be taken into account.
Costs
Participation fee: €90
(8 scholarships of 30 EUR will be provided based on the quality of the response with the regard to the applicant's motivation.)
Travel reimbursement: 70% of the travel costs (up to max. 150€)
*JEF Europe and JEF Turkey will assist in visa procedures if needed.

***Cancellation policy: Participants who have been confirmed and have paid their participation fee, but cancel their participation after 31 May 2015 will receive 50% of their participation fee. Cancellations after 1 June 2015 are not refundable at all.
