JOB OPENINGS FOR HERITAGE CONSERVATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNERS
MMR-Heritage Conservation Society (MMR-HCS) and MMR-Environment Improvement Society (MMR-EIS) has two job openings. The positions are as follows:
1. Conservation Planner for MMR-HCS (Min. Qualification: Masters Degree in Heritage Conservation or Urban design or Urban Planning or Regional Planning. Min. Experience: None)
2. Environment Planner for MMR-EIS (Min. Qualifications: Masters Degree in Environment Planning or Urban Planning or Regional Planning. Min. Experience: None)
CVs of candidates applying for MMR-HCS should reflect a strong inclination and orientation towards heritage conservation and CVs of candidates applying for MMR-EIS should reflect a strong inclination and orientation towards environmental issues.
Both positions are on purely contractual basis and require full-time commitments (five days a week, 09.30 am to 06.00 pm). The contract period will be for one year and extendible every year up to a maximum of 3 years upon approval by the President of the Society. The consolidated remuneration for both positions will be Rs. 41000/- (similar to the remuneration made to Deputy Planners on contract basis by the MMRDA).
